Windfarm Application- Roughrigg Reservoir

Has someone opened a bag of windfarm application forms and dished them out? It looks like it, as an application has been made for the erection of 3 turbines on the north side of Roughrigg Reservoir, just south of Lady Bells Moss. This one is still at the early stages, and it affects an applied for right of way, along the old railway track. This would mean around 7 (Yes-SEVEN) windfarms/turbine installations within a 5 mile radius from Airdrie.
